Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Section Engineer to join this flagship project in the North West

Hays Civil Engineering are working alongside a National T1 Civil Engineering Contractor with a huge reputation within the Civil Engineering sector. We are looking to recruit an experienced Section Engineer to join this large Highways project in Cumbria, in the North West

You will be joining one of the largest Highway projects in the UK

As a Section Engineer you'll come from a Civil Engineering background, and have prior experience working on Highway projects previously. You'll be a key stakeholder on the project, and will be responsible for managing this important function on site. Experience of working on multi-million pound Highways projects is crucial to this role

Key Aspects of the role:

• Settingout
• Supervision of All Engineering works on site
• Preparing & Reviewing RAMS
• Managing permits for work
• Coordinating teams and subcontractors on site
• Review design specs
• QA
• RFI's & TQ's

You will have a Civil Engineering related qualification; ideally BEng or HNC/HND, and must possess previous experience as a Section Engineer on Heavy Civils projects
