NICHE CENTRAL LONDON CONSULTANCY: Chartered (or near) Senior Structural Engineer

Niche Architectural Practice based in Farringdon requires a Chartered (or near) Senior Structural Engineer to form and expand a new structural engineering team.

Candidates will need to be a Chartered (or near) member of IStructE and/or ICE, be educated to MEng/MSc in Structural, Civil or Architectural Engineering (2:1 minimum) and must have gained good design and project-running skills gained in the UK. They will be positioned as the Head of Structures and will grow with the business with the scope eventually to become Director.

Current workload is a mixture of high-profile and award-winning residential developments across London and the South East with project values up to £20million. Many of the practices' previous projects have been shortlisted/won RIBA and other awards.
