Senior Structural Engineer - Stockport

Your new company
Your new company has a front facing approach to engineering who are respected across the industry by both clients and colleagues. They have a modern office located between Manchester and Stockport that offers hybrid working and a versatile rang of projects.
Your new company's schemes currently range from residential, commercial, attraction structural design, educational, retail and industrial schemes and historic buildings. Their engineers' work across multiple schemes simultaneously and collaborate across their multiple UK offices.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working as a senior engineer on multiple structural schemes, using your design experience and leadership skills to develop and aid junior members of staff with their conceptual and detailed designs as well as completing your own. This is a hands-on role ranging across designs and inspections for new and existing designs. As a chartered engineer, you will be able to sign off on work while being in contact with senior members of staff to develop the company.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will be a chartered engineer with either the ICE or IStructE and have experience in the above sectors. This role is also open to Principal and Associate level candidates who enjoys hands on designs and mentoring junior staff. This is a long-term permanent appointment and the right candidate will have a vision of progressing their career with your new company. You will have full UK working rights as this role will not be offering sponsorship.
