Your new company are a multi-disciplined engineering organisation based in Merseyside, providing various engineering services (electrical and mechanical) to local and international manufacturing organisations. Your new company pride themselves on a predictive maintenance approach to machinery repairs, and can act as a one-stop-shop for engineering customers for all their requirements.

Your new role
In your new role as Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for running a small engineering facility, managing a small team of multi-skilled engineers working on a variety of engineered components including motors and gearboxes.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this Workshop Manager role, you will need to have worked in a similar engineering environment previously, coupled with working knowledge of electrical engineering disciplines. Alongside this, you will need to possess leadership capabilities, with the ability and willingness to be hands-on and operational on the tools, if and when required.

What you'll get in return
