Hays are recruiting for a temporary Receptionist/Administrator this is based in the Bath City Centre and is an immediate starting role. Your new role

You will be responsible for full corporate reception duties, meeting and greeting, managing the switchboard, taking messages, transferring calls, taking bookings, allocating car parking spaces, distributing security passes, ordering refreshments, making sure the reception area is presentable, calling and instructing the facilities team as and when required, diary management, booking travel and any other duties required via the wider team. What you'll need to succeed You will have previous customer service experience, you will be professional, well presented, you will have excellent communication skills, you will be flexible, you will be happy to work in the office full time.
