Hays Social Care are looking for Support Workers for a 12 week placement to support a Charity in Belfast.

Your new company
Hays Social Care are working with a Charitable Organisation in Belfast who help the vulnerable, transform lives and who have been at the heart of the community for over 150 years.

Your new role
As part of a team of Support Workers, your role is inspirational and key to achieving successful outcomes for vulnerable clients. You will be responsible for the day or nightly management of an Accommodation facility, ensuring immediate and ongoing support to service users, many of whom will have complex and multiple needs.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need to commit to either a full rota of night time shift cover or day time shift cover, for 12 weeks . You will be able to deal with vulnerable service users, the ability to manage challenging individuals and situations. Being able to drive is a bonus.
