Your new company

You will be working with one of Bath's most well known housing associations, who are dedicated to supporting the needs of women victimised from modern slavery and trafficking.

Your new role

You will need to provide pro-active service and advice to service users who have experienced trafficking to keep them and their children safe. This will also include migrating the suffering from the after effects of the trauma caused by trafficking, sexual abuse, rape and/or domestic slavery.

You will also be responsible for Identifying and assessing the risks and needs of trafficked victims using an evidence-based risk identification checklist, whilst developing individual support plans to meet individual risks the client faces.

It will be required that you understand the legal framework relating to the protection of children including the policy and procedures of the Local Safeguarding Children's Board.

Temporary contract with the chance of permanent opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need previous experience or knowledge of providing advice and support to individuals who have been trafficked and have practice in a supported accommodation.

Experience providing casework support to vulnerable clients, including crisis management and risk assessment whilst also competent in recording and managing financial transactions is essential.
