Quantity Surveyor

National House Builder requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to Join their busy team.

Your new company
One of the Countries best known House Builders with an excellent reputation both within the Industry and publicly is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team in Aberdeen.
A major player in the market they offer great job security and continued development and progression for the right candidate.

Your new role
Working in a busy office, just outside Aberdeen, you will control up to two sites ensuring that all costs and targets are met.
This is a high volume builder with the support of a National Group behind them making the role more streamlined but just as challenging.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally from a Housing background however other backgrounds will be considered for the right candidate and 1 years experience you will need to have a methodical approach be quick on your feet and not afraid to make quick decisions.

What you'll get in return
