Leading Construction Business at forefront of modern construction seeks to add Net Zero Expert their team.

Your new company
Our client are a leading multi faceted construction business with interests across the whole property lifecycle from design to FM. From building award winning commercial projects to being a premium residential builder developer this company are a true industry leader with ambitious plans for growth. A key part of the his growth is to position themselves as the leaders in sustainable construction and corporate operations and they are seeking to add a key person to their team.


Your new role
As their Net Zero project lead you will be involved in both the strategic design and practical application of sustainable construction methodologies across all aspects of their operations. From assessing current projects for their carbon impact to supporting the development of their processes and procedures your role will be a mix of the day to day practical to the medium to long term strategic. Working within the sustainability team you will have a critical role in the embedding of the carbon and net zero agenda into all element of this companies operations ensuring that our clients continue to lead from the front in this critically important space.



What you'll need to succeed
This is a great opportunity for a net zero and sustainability expert to have a real impact on a companies operations. The ideal candidate will have direct expert of making embodied carbon assessments of construction activities and have excellent written and verbal communication skills which allow you to influence key stakeholders in the business from construction directors to project and site managers. You may be working in a similar role for another construction or engineering business or be working in a consultancy environment but have a desire to move into a more practical role which will allow you impact the way a large company runs their operations immediately.
