We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft packages, Hyper-V, and server management, as well as experience leading and motivating a team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
• Manage a team of 12 IT professionals and ensure that all team members are trained, motivated, and equipped to perform their jobs effectively
• Implement and maintain systems and procedures to ensure the stability, security, and performance of the IT infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain Hyper-V virtualization environment
• Ensure that all Microsoft packages are installed, configured, and maintained to meet the needs of the business
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop IT solutions to meet those needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, including experience with Microsoft packages, Hyper-V, and servers
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of 12 IT professionals
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Microsoft products, such as Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
• Ability to manage virtualization and cloud-based technologies
• Ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security, stability, and performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
