A Secondary school located in Bristol are looking for a teacher Spanish and French to begin as soon as possible. This school is a relatively large two form entry and has a strong leadership team that have all been working at the school for some time now. The school has recently been graded as 'Good' By Ofsted; Within this report the school was remarked for having a strong culture that drives achievement from both the students and staff. The report also made remarks on the school having good behaviour which is having a positive effect on learning outcomes.

Your new role

This role is due to start in as soon as the school find someone who they see fit for the role and will continue until the end of term, although the school are willing to make to role permanent if the fit is right. If successful you will be responsible for KS3 and KS4 French and Spanish within the school, there is a wide range of abilities therefore, someone who is quickly adaptable is favoured. You will also have full classroom responsibilities and will need to be able to quickly set expectations and build relationships with the students.

What you'll need to succeed

• You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
• The capability to teach both French and Spanish to GCSE level 9.
• Experience in teaching is preferred but not necessary.
• A comprehensive understanding of the English national curriculum.
• You will need strong communication skills.
