Your new company
Our client are a leading company within the high end fitout and refurbishment market nationally and having recently set up a Scottish Business are looking to appoint an Estimator to their experienced and well connected management team.

Your new role
As Estimator for the business you will be a key part of generating a sustainable pipeline of work for this business. Working directly with the experienced Pre Con and Operations team you will tasked with compiling accurate and winning tenders within the commercial fitout and refurbishment space across the Scottish market. From developing productive and close relationships with the key subcontractors in this space to ensuring our client are well positioned to win high value fitouts and refurbishments you will play a key role in the success of this business over the next five years.


What you'll need to succeed
Our client are looking for an experienced construction estimator who has extensive and deep knowledge of the Scottish construction scene already. Your network is well established and you will be expected to leverage this in ensuring you are working on winning tenders. Our client are open on the technical background but ideally you will be from a tertiary background with strong technical understanding of construction. You will be a commercially savvy operator who understands which tenders to strategically target and go hard to win. You must be able to work within a close knit team of industry professionals and have a strong desire to really affect the direction and success of an exciting business.
