Payroll Specialist

Your new company

Hatchery site in West Oxfordshire.

Your new role

  • Act as first point of contact for all payroll and benefit queries
  • Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans, and collective agreement provisions.
  • Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as pension plans.
  • Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts, and submit them to appropriate departments.
  • Review time sheets, wage computation and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous Payroll and Pension Administration experience.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with figures as well as computer literate.
  • Ability to communicate clearly via telephone.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Previous payroll experience to include Statutory Payments for Sickness, Maternity & Parental Leave.
