This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in office paying £19,000 to £21,000 per year dependant on experience.

Your new role

Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will be responsible for taking customer queries about servicing, invoicing and various other issues. You will aid in the processing of invoices and the updating of client records on the internal system. You will also be responsible at times for aiding in the assistance of reports and the creation of new spreadsheets to the needs of the firm.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you will hold relevant experience in an admin or reception role or will hold a higher education certificate in transferrable subjects such as Admin, IT or Business Studies. Applicants from various backgrounds and experience levels are welcome. You will be a confident communicator with strong customer service skills and the ability to collaborate well with peers. You will hold strong IT skills and have a willingness to learn.
