Geotechnical Expert

A geotechnical expert with knowledge of the  FIDIC Red Book form of contract is required to assist in a claim to be heard at the International Court of Arbitration. You will be helping to defend a  case  brought against a government ministry by a construction consortium, this focuses on the geotechnical and landfill excavation  aspects of an extensive water supply project. Your role will be to provide a report in defence of the claim to be delivered by the end of June this year and to prepare to provide expert representation in the International Court of Arbitration in Paris in September 2024.

A discussion with our client to review the case, your suitability and the envisaged input required will precede a formal interview. You will need to be a degree qualified geotechnical engineer, be chartered and have previous experience as an expert witness.
