Mac/Windows Desktop Support Engineer - £230-£280 - Outside IR35 - 6 Months


Your new company and role

This exciting new opportunity is with a large-scale public sector organisation. This organisation is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to improve the organisation's Apple Mac desktop offering as well as maintaining, optimising, securing the existing Windows Desktop estate.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrable knowledge of working with Apple Mac, Windows desktop OS, Workstation technologies, Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, Patching technologies, Citrix VDI
• Experience of working in a similarly sized (1000+ users) environment with Enterprise grade controls and processes.
• A good working knowledge of Service Now
• Experience of troubleshooting complex issues and faults
• Experience of working within a mature agile team.
• Experience delivering robust, resilient, and reliable services with a cloud-first approach.
• Experience performing full-service tuning including applications and client devices.
• Ability to document solutions and provide training.
