An opportunity has arisen to join the Government of Jersey’s Engineering & Development team and lead the delivery of some interesting one-off multi-disciplinary engineering and infrastructure projects. This role would ideally suit an individual with significant experience in capital delivery and managing teams. While ideally you would be chartered or close to, skills and experience will be considered.

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our diverse and expanding capital delivery team to meet our increased workload. The team is made up of engineers from different backgrounds, with knowledge covering civils, highways, mechanical, electrical and structural disciplines.

We are a section within the Government of Jersey delivering capital projects. We work alongside multiple service functions such as Liquid and Solid Waste Management, Transport, Highways, Parks and Sport. This is an opportunity to be involved in some diverse projects and feel a sense of ownership as you play a part in improving the place you live.

Notable recent achievements from the team include a state-of-the-art skatepark and world-class waterplay facilities.
