£50k to £55k plus vehicle

My client is a leading Remediation Contractor with extensive operations across the UK. They are seeking to find an awesome Project Manager to help ready the business for the next stage. The Project Manager will work on a range of frameworks and one-off projects and will be joining a company with an enviable reputation. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving business with exciting plans.

There is a requirement to travel to projects across the UK meaning working away from home during the week. Most projects do not go beyond 4 weeks, so extended periods away from home are not expected. Ideally you will be based within striking distance of Cardiff.

You will possess strong remediation contracting experience with a number of years under your belt. You will enjoy the profitable planning and delivery of projects in a demonstrably safe and sustainable manner, ensuring the work is completed and delivered on time. You will be knowledgeable in all contract/remediation practices and be a strong organiser on site. If you have worked on Gas or Power projects previously this will be very positive.

Your internal and external communication skills will be excellent and your commercial and contractual knowledge will be a key factor in your development to date. In addition, you will be great at ensuring that your team knows what to do and when.

Technically you can come from a wide range of back significant remediation experience and good knowledge of NEC3, JCT and CDM regulations and an equally strong commitment to Health & Safety regulations.

It would be beneficial if you have completed Project Management courses as well as SMSTS/CSCS/WAMITAB.

It is essential that you possess a full clean drivers licence.
