Structural CAD Technician

Our client is renowned in the London area for working on high end housing projects, both new and refurbishment. They have plans to expand their structures team and are looking for a Structural CAD Technician with at least 3 years' experience to join them in their Fulham office on a full time permanent basis.

The role offers the successful structural Technician the opportunity to work on commercial and residential schemes; basement design, which could include anything from a swimming pool to a wine cellar; high end refurbishment projects for private clients.

Located close to a variety of tubes, their West London office is medium sized with a good office environment which offers a social life as well as a focus on hard work.

• A minimum of 3 years' Autocad experience,
• Ability to work to deadlines,
• Good interpersonal skills,
• Willingness to work with and support others in a team,
• Excellent attention to detail.
