I am actively seeking an experienced Senior Structural CAD Technician to join a small, successful, well established civil and structural design consultancy based in Swansea, South Wales.

Working on a variety of interesting projects across residential and commercial ventures, including high-rise student complexes, apartments, leisure centres and large scale residential developments, you will be responsible for accurate and reliable production of 2D Technical drawings.

It would be highly beneficial if you have experience or a desire to learn Revit.

Working as a Senior Structural Technician you will;

• Deliver structural steelwork drawings
• Deliver reinforced concrete drawings & RC Detailing schedules
• Work closely with Engineers to understand the structural design intent
• Document control
• Proficient in use of 2D software
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience in Revit would be beneficial
