Structural Technician

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Structural Engineer to join their team based in Ipswich. You will play a key role in the production or engineering design work and you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented engineering team to deliver a wide variety of exciting projects.

Responsibilities

• Site inspection/survey work
• Technical and CAD drawings
• Assisting project managers to deliver project work
• Attend meetings and represent the company
• Provide a mentoring/supervisory role to trainee/junior technicians.

Requirements

• Hold a technically related qualification (not essential for the right candidate)
• Experienced AutoCAD user.
• Desire to contribute to office standards.
• Ability to clearly communicate and interpret instructions
• Desire to contribute to company development.
• An interest in supporting/mentoring junior and less experienced Technicians.
• Clean driving License.
