Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Provide expertise in structural analysis, design, and assessment of various residential structures.
• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
• Oversee and mentor junior engineers to facilitate their growth.
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Engineer status with a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in residential structural engineering, encompassing design and project management.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
