Are you an experienced structural engineer at Associate/ Associate Director level, who has a strong technical and project management background? Do you enjoy leading a team?

As the Associate Director for our client's Structural Engineering team in Exeter, you would be acting as the lead contact for existing clients and engineering projects. You would work to identify and manage suitable bid and tender opportunities, whilst heading and developing a diverse, friendly, committed and established team of graduates, engineers and technicians.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of project delivery, with significant technical and project management experience. Ideally you would have extensive company contacts in the field of structural engineering across various sectors.

Chartered membership of IStructE is desirable but not essential.
