Job Title: Associate Director (Water)

Location: Belfast (Hybrid Basis)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (+5.5k car allowance)

Our client, a global engineering firm, is seeking a talented Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing team based in Belfast.

This role involves leading a design team that is responsible for delivering various schemes and 'mega' projects that involve several different local authorities and water frameworks across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of schemes ranging from infrastructure projects to large-scale developments.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the civil engineering department.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in leading design teams on a variety of civil engineering projects.
• Chartered status.
• Proficient in relevant software and design tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel for project-related requirements.
