Contracts Manager / Resorts

We’re representing a medium size Developer. Having already appointed a Global CM firm, they have asked us to identify a senior Contracts Manager to, ultimately, advise the ownership team as the project develops.

It’s essential that you have a relevant BSc Degree, with RICS accreditation, coupled with a number of years’ experience withing the GCC. Resorts / mixed use experience is a pre requisite.

Our client is at the beginning of the programme, so are keen to identify a Contracts Manager who can work with them on this, and other projects, through to fruition. To that end, they have made it explicitly clear that they want to see long term commitment to current and previous employers.
