Civil Engineer (Project & Construction Management)

You will be a key member of a team of construction professionals and engineers providing design and project management oversite.   

You will develop client-side experience covering project specification through to on site construction supervision. This will include assisting with contract documentation, collaboration with external consulting engineers, the management of appointed contractors, CDM co-ordination, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting best practice. The workload will be diverse with a civil engineering and construction bias, spanning high value capital works, improvement, and expansion projects, Typically focused on roads, bridges, buildings and development infrastructure.

Your background; A contracting or civil engineering background, this should have provided exposure to site based work and an appreciation of design considerations. Ideally some experience of working on NEC 3 or 4 forms of contract, plus knowledge of CDM regulations. A minimum of four years work experience with good interpersonal and organisational skills. Holder of a valid UK driving licence.
