Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Their projects range from small-scale affordable housing solutions to large-scale wind farms and infrastructure developments, offering diverse and impactful opportunities.

Role Overview:

As an Associate in the Civil Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering projects while supporting the development and growth of the team. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include contributing to detailed analysis and design work, mentoring junior team members, and assisting in client development efforts. You will work closely with other UK-based design offices, promoting a culture of innovation, knowledge-sharing, and excellence.

Associate Profile:

• Currently in an Associate or Senior Engineer role within a similar UK-based consultancy.
• Chartered status (or working towards it).
• Strong technical skills with excellent report writing abilities.
• Experience in team mentoring, and client interaction.
• Proficiency in highway design to UK standards such as DMRB.
• Expertise in drainage design (including residential, SUDS, and flood alleviation).
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
