Their Nuneaton office is seeking an Associate Director to lead and develop the buildings structures team. This is the perfect opportunity for an engineer looking to take the next step in their career, or for an established Associate Director looking for a new challenge.
The successful candidate will be Chartered and have a CV that demonstrates a career of successful project delivery for a wide range of schemes, across all sectors.
Your strength should be in building and maintaining client relationships and you will have experience in business development.
With a focus on management and client satisfaction, this role also required a technically excellent engineer who has retained a hands-on ability. You will have a strong technical background having designed challenging structures.
