My client, a highly reputable project management and quantity surveying consultancy working within the infrastructure and construction sector is actively looking to expand their current operations in Manchester. They are looking to bring in a Senior Associate with the intention of them leading a team of Quantity Surveyors focussed on transport-related projects within their wider Infrastructure team.

Their business provides comprehensive project management solutions, cost consultancy, and quantity surveying services, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Ideally, they're looking for an adept professional with a proven track record in successfully managing intricate and diverse projects. Candidates with exposure to securing new opportunities for the business, maintaining current client relationships and demonstrating the ability to lead projects through all stages of their lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional results.

Candidate Requirements

• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
• Providing procurement & Strategy advice.
• Experienced within Infrastructure (transport) projects (pre-and post-contract)
• Prior experience working within a UK construction consultancy is essential.
