My client, a reputable project management and quantity surveying consultancy working within the infrastructure and construction sector is looking to expand their current business unit in the Northwest of England. They provide comprehensive project management solutions, cost consultancy, and quantity surveying services, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

They are currently looking to bring in an Associate Quantity Surveyor into their Manchester office to work on a number of Health projects, including the assurance and challenges of costs, cost modelling, and cost planning on projects £5m to £600m+.

What they're looking for:

• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
• Providing procurement & Strategy advice.
• Preferably experienced with Healthcare projects (pre and post-contract).
• Prior experience working within a UK construction consultancy is essential.
• Must be able to obtain BPSS clearance.
