The Restoration and Renewal Delivery Authority are recruiting a Head of Technical Assurance to join the Programme’s Technical Assurance team. The Head of Technical Assurance is a senior leader within the team, acting as a deputy for the Design and Engineering Director for all team related matters and holding oversight of the technical assurance function. Through matrix management with other heads of function, this post is responsible for assurance (undertaken by internal teams and external parties as required) of all technical studies, solutions and outcomes in the R&R Programme, ensuring compliance with requirements and technical standards, that they will maintain the baseline for.
Ideally, you will be a fully qualified Chartered Member/Fellow of an appropriate professional body such as RICS, ICE, IStructE with a successful track record in a similar Head of Function level role, developing standards and guidelines for diverse activities for a large organisation or multi-billion-pound complex project(s).
