Senior Water Manager - Christchurch

Based in Christchurch I am seeking a dynamic Senior Water Manager to join a leading civil contractor as they establish a new division dedicated to innovative water treatment solutions. The successful candidate will be part of the company’s senior management team and focus on growing and developing this new division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of water treatment projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee contractor management, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic plans and drive business growth within the new division.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in an industry related sector such a Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent design experience including the use programs such as AutoCAD, Irricad, Ansys, Solidworks etc.
• 10 years plus in the water sector, with a strong focus on water treatment design and build projects.
• Proven track record in project delivery and contractor management
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
