Structural Revit Technician

Location: Belfast

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Situated in central Belfast, a short walk from transport links, our client is recruiting for an experienced Structural Technician to join their growing team of 4 other highly experienced Technicians.

Upon joining this consultancy, you can expect to be involved in some challenging and complex projects that vary from small bespoke designs to £350M contracts.

Current projects include

• Extension of a factory unit.
• Two separate primary schools (£2-8M).
• Kings' Hall redevelopment (healthcare village).
• Several social housing blocks (typically deliver between 200-1000 per year).
• Strule Education Campus.

Organic progression is a key focus of this consultancy with several engineers and technicians climbing the ranks to senior positions and beyond.

This is supported by their dedicated CPD courses and paid professional memberships.

For this role as a Structural Technician (Revit), you will need to have 10+ years' experience within a similar consultancy, although BIM and Rebar is desirable, it is not required as the firm has an in-house training team that is prepared to provide all the necessary support to allow you to become proficient within a short period of time.
