Their office in Newcastle has seen an increase in project wins and they are seeking a senior civil technician to enhance their project delivery. Ideally they require a candidate who has at least 5 years' experience, preferably in a similar multidiscipline practice in the UK.

Your role will involve liaising with architects, clients and other professionals, representing the practice. Previous experience of managing multiple projects is a necessity, and you will provide support and guidance to the team.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autotrack Site 3D, MicroDrainage, Flow and other relevant packages is required in relation to design and detail highway drainage infrastructure. Projects include residential, commercial and industrial plus more, and they will need the senior civil technician to have experience in these sectors.

Working knowledge of Sections 38 and 278 Agreements, as well as 102, 104 and other Water Authority Sections is vital.

The successful senior civil technician will undertake site visits to monitor progress of works, liaising with contractors and clients in relation to any issues found.
