Our client is a leading provider of building services across public and private sectors. Their Norwich office has an opportunity for a talented and experienced senior structural engineer to join them on a full time permanent basis.

The role :

• Manage project delivery from concept to construction
• Carry out design work in all traditional materials
• Represent firm at client and site meetings
• Mentor and train more junior engineers
• Proficient designing in all traditional materials

About you:

• Degree level Chartered or near Chartered Engineer (MISruct / MICE)
• Significant previous experience of managing the whole design processes from concept to construction
• Previous experience in day-to-day running of a variety of projects
• Adept in liaising professionally with external clients and agencies
• Thorough knowledge of design to British Standards and EuroCodes and of Health & Safety / CDM
• Experience of large complex steel structures
• Expertise in use of Tekla Structural Designer is desirable
