Our client is looking for a creative and ambitious Senior Structural Engineer to join their Oxfordshire team. This is a new position working with some important clients, and offers an excellent opportunity to extend your experience and develop your career.

The role:

• Excellent career development opportunities within a clear structure.
• Support to achieve chartership - their Partners are skilled and experienced in supporting engineers on this path.
• Working on multi-storey RC frame design alongside a variety of other materials.
• Work closely on projects, which will range across the commercial, educational, residential, health and leisure sectors.
• Should have some experience in client / project team liaison.

About you:

• 5+ years' structural engineering experience within a UK consultancy.
• A BEng or MEng in Civil / Structural Engineering or Engineering Design and be a member of the relevant body such as the IStructE.
• Experience designing in a variety of materials is vital
• The ability to design to British Standards or Eurocodes.
• Experience with TEKLA Structural Designer, Robot and TEDDS.
• Experience across several sectors, ideally including residential. Our projects are in a range of materials across the commercial, educational, residential, health and leisure sectors.
• Should have some experience in client / project team liaison.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive working attitude.
