Associate Structural Engineer (Partnership opportunity)

St Albans

£70k-£75k plus profit share

Our client is an established and highly reputable multi-disciplinary consultancy based in St Albans.

Their workload is healthy and projects include education, residential, high rise, industrial, retail and more.

They have a unique requirement for a Chartered structural engineer currently at associate level to join them immediately on a full time permanent basis.

You would benefit from a percentage of the net profit and the prospect of becoming a salaried Partner, increasing your income even further. Your package at that stage would increase to approx. £125k-£150k and will include a fully paid and expensed quality car.

Do you have good business sense, are you used to running a team and managing project delivery but have retained hands-on technical ability?

They need a strategic thinker with strong inter-disciplinary skills, who is able to provide support and advice whilst controlling technical and financial aspects of each scheme.

If you are business oriented with the ability to translate highly technical aspects to all levels, are Chartered and have the management skills required - send your CV to Graham Ventham at Conrad Consulting. Graham will ring you for a confidential chat to outline exactly what is on offer.
