Our client is a leading provider of engineering and consulting services, with a strong presence across Ireland. They are currently looking for a skilled Project Engineer with experience in planning and design to join their Highways and Transportation team.

This role is based in Dublin and offers the chance to work on a variety of exciting, large-scale projects. The successful candidate will have a proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

A key part of this role will involve managing complex projects across asset management, design, and project management disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to all stages of project development, from feasibility studies to detailed design and contract administration.
• Prepare and review contract documents, including work requirements and specifications.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail when working with documents and technical designs.

About You:

• Degree-level qualification.
• Experience in the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in drafting technical documents and specifications.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in computer applications and technical design tools.
• Full driving licence.
